NSN. 5.5" overall, 2" barrel including breech stamped "DERINGER / PHILADEL'A" & "P" proofed, original marbled brown finish, lock has same "DERINGER / PHILADEL'A" as barrel, engraved German silver furniture, checkered walnut stock. This is a superior survivor of the most famous of Derringer style pistols. CONDITION: very good to fine overall, crisp markings, smooth patinaed surfaces, mechanics fine, crisp smooth 7-groove rifled bore. PROVENANCE: Bob Allispones estate collection. (01-28680/JS).
